Daniel Guerra, the 2024 District 4 Vice President, will be one of our featured speakers at District 4 Southernmost Real Estate Conference on June 11-13 in Islamorada. The vice president of sales at Fortune Christie’s International in South Miami, Guerra served as 2021 MIAMI REALTORS® Residential President and is a long-time leader in supporting Realtors through education, advocacy and service programs.

2024 National Association of REALTORS® President Kevin Sears will be one of our featured speakers at District 4 Southernmost Real Estate Conference on June 11-13 in Islamorada. Sears has played a critical role in driving member advocacy efforts through the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC), where he served as chair at two different times and helped to shape the REALTOR® Party as we know it today.

Margy Grant, the chief executive officer for Florida REALTORS®, is one of our featured speakers at District 4 Southernmost Real Estate Conference on June 11-13 in Islamorada. Grant is a 2023 winner of the HousingWire Vanguard awards, which recognize forward-thinkers and trailblazers who shape the real estate industry.

Christine E. Hansen, A candidate for 2025 National Association of REALTORS® First Vice President, Hansen has more than 30 years of real estate experience. She served as 2020 VP of Advocacy for the National Association of REALTORS®, among other national and local posts. A dedicated leader, she emphasizes REALTORS®’ collective voice in Capitol Hill advocacy. Hansen, a broker-owner of Century 21 Hansen Realty, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Hansen has been an NAR Director since 2006, with a brief break during 2010 to 2011. She served on the NAR Strategic Planning Committee from 2007 to 2014. In 2017, she was NAR Liaison for Member Relations.

Brad O’Connor, Ph.D., Florida REALTORS® Chief Economist oversees the association’s housing market statistics and research projects. With expertise in land use regulations’ impact on housing markets, his insights are featured in major newspapers and national publications. O’Connor holds degrees from The Ohio State University and Florida State University, and previously worked as an economic consultant for the Walt Disney Company in Orlando.

Josh Cadillac, Residential & Commercial Real Estate Sales Expert, Trainer, Speaker, and Author, empowers professionals to ‘Close for Life’ through his unique approach. With over a decade of experience, he’s earned prestigious certifications and designations. Amir Syed, the Modern Loan Advisor, will be one of our featured speakers at District 4 Southernmost Real Estate Conference on June 11-13 in Islamorada. Syed is at the forefront of the Modern Loan Office movement: where the progressive loan officer supplements the transitional and timeless principles of offline prospecting with online prospecting.
